For summarization we're still reliant on third-parties, but rectifying this is a mayor focus of TranscribeAI, and we expect to announce models that can be ran on own hardware soon.
Data processing
We only keep your conversations and derivatives while we're processing them, and it's securely removed immediately after. Unlike other AI-companies that might keep your data to improve their systems, we never listen to, read, or keep your conversations for any reason, unless you've explicitly asked us to do so.
